Booking Requirements :
$20-$25 no - refundable deposit REQUIRED when booking. 
Please when booking enter your name, valid phone number and email.
Confirmation :
After, booking your appointment you will receive an email/ text message confirmation with your appointment date, time, location, service name and remainign amount.

$10 late fee :
There is a 10 minute grace period. Meaning if your appointment is scheduled at 9am you have until 9:10am to arrive to the appointment.
Anything over will result in a $10 late fee
Over 20 minutes appointment cancled 
This rule is in place to assure you and my clients after you are getting a complete service. Once someone is late it affects my entire schedule for the whole day.
It’s okay to be early just communicate in advance,I may still be working on a client, finishing my lunch or prepping.
No extra guest :
No guest unless being serviced.
Cancellation : 
If you need to cancel please message me directly on the app ( chairwatch ) app in apple store and google play store or on Instagram @nails_bykia.
You can also cancel appointment through text message.
No call No show :
$15 cancellation fee (if not paid, you will NOT be able to book again). 
    - Communication is appreciated, if there is anything I can accommodate you with I will, respect my time and I’ll respect yours.
First time clients :
I do NOT work over other works ! Including, no soak offs! 
Meaning I don’t work on other nail technicians work or remove it- mixing products that other techs use can be dangerous.
Damaged Nails :
Ido NOT work over damaged nails !
 Working with damaged nails can lead to more damage to the nail plate or cause an infection. healthy nails first 
Remaining balance :
Remaing balance needs to be paid directly on the app or have cash exact amount unless you’re tipping.
